Job summary

The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Security Manager for One North Breakers Row to oversee and train Security Officers across three shifts. You will ensure emergency responses, maintain physical security, enforce regulations, and manage security systems.

This role requires producing detailed reports, developing a comprehensive training program, coaching specialists, and maintaining high security standards while addressing resident concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in security management or a related field.
• Knowledge of security regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security team members across three shifts.
