Job summary

The Breakers in One North Breakers Row, New York, seeks a Security Manager to oversee three shifts of Security Officers, develop and deliver training, and ensure rapid response to emergencies while maintaining high security standards.

You will produce detailed reports, manage access control and loss prevention, coach staff, and address resident concerns promptly with a focus on safety, compliance, and superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in security management or a related field
• Knowledge of security regulations and protocols
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security team members across three shifts
• Maintain a comprehensive training program for security personnel
• Monitor security and safety systems, conduct investigations, and file reports
• Assist with access control system management and loss prevention efforts
• Identify and address training needs for the team and individuals
• Develop and implement training programs, ensuring certification for all security team members
• Coach and counsel security specialists on job performance
