The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking a Security Officer to help safeguard One N. Breakers Row, ensuring resident and visitor safety while enforcing regulations. The role requires a customer-oriented approach and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

The successful candidate will patrol, monitor access controls, and respond to emergencies with accuracy and professionalism. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred, and the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and visitors.
• Monitor and control access to the property through the use of 2-way radios, gate control, and other tools as necessary.
• Enforce traffic and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order on the property.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations and alarms.
• Receive and process packages in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide access to apartments and record actions in a reliable and accurate manner.
