Hyve Solutions in Reno, NV seeks a Security Manager to oversee physical security, incident response, investigations, asset protection, and risk programs across the campus. Manage a contracted guard force, drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and protect people, facilities, assets and operations.

The role requires 8–12+ years in security, leadership of teams, and strong crisis management and communications skills. Coordinate with law enforcement and build metrics for executives.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in physical or corporate security leadership.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, incident response and risk management.
• Experience with crisis management, business continuity and emergency response.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex security operations.
• Excellent communication, analytics and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security programs across facilities, including access control and surveillance.
• Direct incident response, investigations, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Lead asset protection, risk assessments, and protective design standards.
• Develop crisis management frameworks and participate in drills and exercises.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership; report metrics to executives.
