The Role

Provides crisis management support to ensure Kyndryl Global Headquarters is prepared to handle natural or man-made disasters.

  1. Maintains location emergency plans and develops and provides regular training and emergency scenario exercises with Crisis Management teams.
  2. Performs risk analysis at proposed and existing Kyndryl locations/sites to identify threats, supporting acquisition and divestiture activities.
  3. Supports security systems technology related to installation and maintenance of security equipment, technologies, and tools.
  4. Gathers information to help senior leaders understand Kyndryl's exposures during investigations.
  5. Supports corporate events and special projects at Headquarters.
  6. Fosters relationships with security vendors to ensure effective performance.
  7. Works under the guidance of senior staff but independently ensures task completion and quality.
  8. Implements and maintains Corporate Security directives.
  9. Prepares process documents, reports, and develops security training for management and employees.
  10. Participates in audits for assigned locations or areas.
  11. Analyzes data to facilitate decision-making on broad issues.
  12. Supports installation and maintenance of security equipment, such as high-security key systems and badge readers.
  13. Implements policies and procedures to protect information, personnel, property, and operations from threats.
  14. Supports security improvement programs across business units and sites.
  15. Establishes relationships with law enforcement, intelligence, and private sector counterparts.
  16. Manages security vendor contracts.
  17. Collaborates with real estate, legal, and HR teams.
  18. Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Who You Are

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education: MBA completion is an asset.

Required Experience:

  • On-site at our Corporate Headquarters
  • 5 years in corporate security
  • Flexible working hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
  • Ensures functionality of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.)
  • Stays updated on security trends and best practices
  • Maintains relationships with law enforcement and government agencies
  • CPR/First Aid certified

The salary range in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360, with variations based on location, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include a discretionary bonus, comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid leave. Specific ranges apply for California, Colorado, New York City, Washington, and Washington DC.
