We are currently looking for a Corporate Counsel for the Anywhere Brands Legal Department. This role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on franchise agreements, vendor contracts, and compliance matters. The position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Madison, NJ, but is fully remote. Responsibilities include partnering with departments such as Franchise Sales, Contract Administration, Finance, HR, and Compliance, as well as interfacing with Litigation, IT, IP, and Employment Law teams. Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably with franchise law and in-house experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of franchise laws. The role emphasizes strategic advice, risk mitigation, and supporting business growth while maintaining high integrity and respect for company values.
