The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations across the property, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets while maintaining a discreet and guest-forward approach aligned with Faena’s brand. This role develops and implements security procedures, supervises the security team, and coordinates emergency response and risk mitigation strategies.
This position has an annual compensation of $85,000 per year.
5+ years of progressive experience in security or safety management, preferably in luxury hospitality, nightlife, or event environments
Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a unionized setting preferred
NYS Security Guard License required; Fire Safety Director Certification strongly preferred
CPR/First Aid/AED Certification required
Knowledge of surveillance systems, hotel property layouts, and threat assessment protocols.
