Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to lead the Enterprise camera and access control platforms across North America, coordinating with IT, vendors, and the U.S. Department of Transportation program to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role covers RFPs, service agreements, and oversight of testing and reporting, with responsibilities including training, vendor coordination, and quarterly reviews. This position is full-time and based in a normal office setting in NA.

Qualifications

  • College/University degree in business administration, criminal justice, information management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in Security, Legal, Human Resources, IT or general administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Database management and analytical reporting capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manages deployment of new security camera systems and access controls in cooperation with IT, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Oversees maintenance of existing camera platform; lead point of contact between the company and security vendor.
  • Manages credentials and tiered access level privileges for camera system users.
  • Manages access control software and identification card systems.
  • Ensures drug and alcohol testing compliance and standards with DoT requirements.
  • Generates reports, heat maps, and tools for communication of compliance status.
  • Provides training and vendor support for camera systems and driver file pools.
  • Supports quarterly business reviews with vendor and special projects for NA Security.

Job Summary

The Manager, Security Compliance is responsible for the management of the Enterprise level camera and access control platforms in North America, including Request for Proposals and Service Agreements. Additionally, the position coordinates with the U.S. Department of Transportation program to ensure compliance with federal driver regulations and oversight.

Salary Range: 90-100K

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages deployment of new security camera systems, access controls, databases, and interface tools in cooperation with Information Technology (IT), vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides oversite of existing camera platform maintenance in coordination with General Managers, Operations Managers and vendors. Lead point of contact between the company and security vendor.
  • Approves and facilitates credentials for camera system users to include development of tiered access level privileges.
  • Manages access control software and identification card systems aligning permissions with company approval processes.
  • Serves as a company representative, responsible for drug and alcohol testing compliance.
  • Sets testing standards with vendor to meet annual Department of Transportation testing requirements.
  • Assists field units with background check system issues.
  • Generates and prepares reports, heat maps, and other tools for communication of compliance status for field operations management review.
  • Provides training and vendor support for camera systems, security access database and driver file and drug and alcohol pool systems.
  • Participates and contributes to quarterly business reviews with vendor.
  • Supports special projects and other duties as needed for North American Security department.
Qualifications

Education:

  • College or University degree in business administration, criminal justice, information management or a related field, or equivalent experience in the related field required

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in Security, Legal, Human Resources, IT or general administration

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Package applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Database management
  • Demonstrated analytical reporting capabilities
  • Proven teamwork experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter requiring little supervision
