Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to oversee enterprise camera and access control platforms across North America, coordinating with IT, vendors, and the U.S. Department of Transportation program to ensure compliance with federal driver regulations.

The role includes managing RFPs, service agreements, and training on camera systems, security databases, and driver file systems, withTravel under 10% and a focus on cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: College or University degree in business administration, criminal justice, information management or a related field, or equivalent experience in the related field required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in Security, Legal, Human Resources, IT or general administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manages deployment of new security camera systems, access controls, databases, and interface tools in cooperation with IT, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides oversight of existing camera platform maintenance in coordination with General Managers, Operations Managers and vendors.
  • Lead point of contact between the company and security vendor.
  • Approves and facilitates credentials for camera system users to include development of tiered access level privileges.
  • Manages access control software and identification card systems aligning permissions with company approval processes.
  • Serves as a company representative, responsible for drug and alcohol testing compliance.
  • Sets testing standards with vendor to meet annual Department of Transportation testing requirements.
  • Assists field units with background check system issues.
  • Generates and prepares reports, heat maps, and other tools for communication of compliance status for field operations management review.
  • Provides training and vendor support for camera systems, security access database and driver file and drug and alcohol pool systems.
  • Participates and contributes to quarterly business reviews with vendor.
  • Supports special projects and other duties as needed for North American Security department.

Job Summary

The Manager, Security Compliance is responsible for the management of the Enterprise level camera and access control platforms in North America, including Request for Proposals and Service Agreements. Main Duties and Responsibilities
