gategroup is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to oversee enterprise camera and access control platforms across North America, coordinating with IT, vendors, and the U.S. Department of Transportation program to ensure compliance with federal driver regulations.
The role includes managing RFPs, service agreements, and training on camera systems, security databases, and driver file systems, withTravel under 10% and a focus on cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.
The Manager, Security Compliance is responsible for the management of the Enterprise level camera and access control platforms in North America, including Request for Proposals and Service Agreements. Additionally, the position coordinates with the U.S. Department of Transportation program to ensure compliance with federal driver regulations and oversight.

Education: College or University degree in business administration, criminal justice, information management or a related field, or equivalent experience in the related field required.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in Security, Legal, Human Resources, IT or general administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
