Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of trade school or related experience.
• Two years as a Maintenance Mechanic in a healthcare setting.
• One year of security experience.

Responsibilities

• Protect life and property on Allied Services premises.
• Secure buildings and grounds to prevent fire, theft, and vandalism.
• Perform maintenance duties including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct security patrols by foot or vehicle and report incidents.
• Respond to fire alarms and coordinate with supervisors during emergencies.
