Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee security team: hiring, orientation, training, coaching, scheduling.
• Maintain OSHA, emergency, and life-safety plans; ensure staff training.
• Control lodge access per security policy; handle after-hours access.
• Develop emergency plans with outside agencies and coordinate response.
• Coordinate with Security staff to investigate incidents and document them.
• Distribute radios and keys; ensure proper safekeeping per procedures.
