Allied Universal in Louisville, KY is seeking a Full Time Security Officer to support a logistics and distribution site. You will provide customer service, enforce site policies, and assist with emergency responses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures.

• Mon 11:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 03:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
