Role Description

This is a contract role for a Security Lieutenant (Unarmed) located on-site in Alexandria, VA. The Security Lieutenant will oversee daily security operations, enforce regulations, and ensure the safety of assigned premises. Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, conducting security inspections, responding promptly to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities. Coordination with law enforcement, fire and medical personnel when required is also expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in security management, supervision, and incident response
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records and reports
• Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Physically fit with the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus

The client will control the salary of the Lieutenant at this site, however, the initial contractually guarnateed salary is no less than $55,250 per year.
