Job summary

Hana Technologies & Systems in Washington DC seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee armed security operations for the National Capital Region. You will manage scheduling, payroll, training, recruiting, and compliance, ensuring profitability and high performance across all posts.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of armed security management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with cross‑department coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Security Management, Project Management).
• Minimum of five (5) years of armed security management experience with a contract of similar size and scope.
• Experience working with security-related contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and subcontractor compliance to contract terms.
• Maintain manning levels and officer qualifications across posts.
• Manage payroll interfaces and benefits information for project staff.
• Coordinate recruitment and retention efforts with in-house teams.
• Administer disciplinary actions and ensure alignment with policies.
• Implement and monitor Quality Control Plan and Safety procedures.
• Interface with customers and vendors to resolve contractual issues and invoicing.
• Collaborate with HR, unions, and client teams to ensure smooth operations.
