Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Licensed Security Site Supervisor for our Houston/Humble/Katy area. The ideal candidate will mentor 10+ security officers, lead daily operations, manage access control, CCTV, patrol strategies and SOPs to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.

Minimum 2–3 years of security experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role are required. Competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and access control management.
• Oversee CCTV surveillance monitoring and patrol strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.

Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Security workforce, scheduling, and Payroll knowledge required.
