Marksman Security is seeking a Licensed Security Site Supervisor for a warehouse in the Houston area. The role involves leading a team of security officers, managing access control, CCTV monitoring and patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires TX Level II Security License, a valid TX driver's license and 2–3 years of security experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Hourly Range

$22.50p/hr

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.

Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Security workforce, scheduling, and Payroll knowledge required.

Minimum 2-3 years of security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry.
