Marksman Security LLC seeks a Licensed Site Supervisor for a Warehouse in Houston/Humble area. The role leads daily security operations, oversees access control, CCTV, and patrol strategies, and develops SOPs.

Requires 2–3 years security experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role with a TX Level II license and TX Driver's license. The position offers active benefits after status change to full-time, including retirement plans and comprehensive insurance.

• Security, Industrial or Logistics background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision of 10+ officers.
• Compliance & Inspections to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Regulatory Awareness across site operations.
• Training of security staff and SOP adherence.
• Reporting on site performance and incidents.
• Team Scheduling; Track-Tik knowledge is a plus.
• Payroll responsibilities for security staff.

Hourly Range

$22.50p/hr

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong security operations experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and mentor 10+ security officers through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.

Lead daily security operations, including access control management, CCTV surveillance monitoring, and facility patrol strategies to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Security workforce, scheduling, and Payroll knowledge required.

Minimum 2-3 years of security experience required and minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry.
