Job summary

The Rock Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Security Manager to lead the security department and safeguard staff, visitors, and the building. You will implement safety procedures, train security personnel, and partner with HR and local authorities to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include directing security activities, managing budgets, coordinating with event staff, and ensuring Fans First service excellence while adapting to evolving security challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or related field strongly preferred or additional equivalent experience.
• Ten years in a public safety setting with at least five in a supervisory or management position.
• CPP certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development, implementation, management, and administration of all security activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Rock Hall.
• Interview, hire, and train employees in partnership with HR and Director of Security.
• Develops and implements departmental practices and safety training programs including CPR and emergency evacuation.
