Job summary

Rock Hall in Cleveland, OH seeks a Security Manager to lead the security department, ensure safety for staff and visitors, and implement comprehensive safety procedures. Reports to the Director of Security and champions Fans First service.

The role involves coordinating with police and agencies, hiring/training staff, and developing policies to integrate security into event logistics while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years in public safety with at least five years in supervisory/management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs security activities to ensure safe operation of the Rock Hall.
• Coordinate with regulatory and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Interview, hire, and train security staff in partnership with HR and Director of Security.
• Develop and administer all safety and security procedures.
• Oversee budget and daily security operations.
• Ensure high levels of visitor satisfaction via Fans First initiatives.
