Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of work experience in a related field.
• One year of supervisory experience or lead responsibilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or must obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, distribute, and balance work assignments among staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of workload requirements.
• Monitor work progress and adjust daily priorities to meet deadlines and maintain operational effectiveness.
• Maintain operational records, logs, and reports, including incident documentation and workload statistics.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to employees on methods, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with standards; enforce policies and participate in corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure resources, equipment, and working conditions are adequate for duties.
• Approve short-term leave requests and address routine concerns per policy.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations for development and training.
