Job summary

DK Security in Michigan is seeking a Lead Officer for a 40-hour-per-week, non-armed security role on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will supervise subordinates, oversee site training, ensure grooming and uniforms, and maintain clear client communication to uphold security standards.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 18+, clean record, ability to pass drug screening, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Clear background; pass drug screening; comply with federal law on marijuana.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required or willing to become certified.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English; professional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and manage subordinates in site security operations.
• Oversee site training and ensure duties align with post guidelines.
• Maintain client communication and uphold DK Security standards.
• Ensure grooming, appearance and uniforms are impeccable.
• Handle on-call issues and coordinate with operations.
