Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Security Lead Officer in Longview, WA. This full-time role offers a 6am-6pm rotating schedule (4 days on, 4 days off) with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Wage: $21.00/HR

Available Schedule: 6am-6pm / 4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Lead Officer position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
