Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Lead Officer in Longview, WA. This full-time role offers 6am-6pm rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off) with a pay rate of $21.00/hour.

We seek customer-service driven leaders to manage on-site officers, enforce post orders, and coordinate patrols while growing with regional support and training. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a service mindset, and a willingness to participate in screening processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Must interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Must conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
• Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screens including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks and responsibilities with subordinates.

• Assist in submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Available Schedule: 6am-6pm / 4 days on, 4 days off rotating schedule

Where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving elite training in safety and security. We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Lead Officer position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
