Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Brand Security Officer in a retail setting to safeguard people, assets, and brand value. You will partner with senior security leadership to execute security strategies while ensuring an exceptional client experience across operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily security controls, incident response, and collaboration with central and local teams to support sales and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies and implement Incident Management procedures.
• Ensure security systems and procedures are followed through daily inspections, equipment tests, and report submissions.
• Open/close procedures; assist with facilities repairs; communicate with store team.
• Cover security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Deliver a positive Tiffany experience for each client.
• Develop relationships with clients to drive lifetime spend and loyalty.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador to support the store in achieving sales plans.
