Job summary

GTI is seeking a hands-on Security Lead for our Goodyear, Arizona facility to supervise Security Officers, manage post assignments, access control, patrols, and incident response.

You will coordinate with the Security Supervisor and site leadership, escalate critical incidents, support emergency procedures, and maintain confidentiality while protecting people and assets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, corporate security, or related fields.
• Experience leading security officers or shift teams.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Proven ability to handle incidents, investigations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers on the shift, providing direction and guidance.
• Oversee post assignments, patrols, and daily security activities.
• Maintain visible presence and enforce GTI security policies and procedures.
• Monitor access control for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors.
• Support CCTV, badge/access-control systems, alarms, and gates.
• Escalate significant incidents to Security Supervisor and leadership.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and first responders as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new security staff.
