Job summary

GTI Fabrication seeks a Security Lead to oversee daily security operations at the Goodyear, AZ facility. You will guide Security Officers, enforce access-control procedures, and maintain a visible security presence across the site.

You will coordinate incident response, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and conduct routine patrols while upholding GTI’s safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security, corporate security, industrial security, or related field.
• Experience as Security Lead, Shift Lead, or Senior Security Officer preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at GTI’s Goodyear, Arizona facility.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers on the shift, providing direction and guidance.
• Manage post assignments, patrols, and daily security activities.
• Monitor facility access and ensure proper procedures for employees and visitors.
• Support CCTV, badge/access-control systems, alarms, and physical security systems.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with leadership and first responders as needed.
• Onboard and train new Security Officers on site procedures and protocols.
