Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead initiatives within the information security portfolio, coordinating across IT, legal, risk, audit, procurement, and business teams. You will guide cross-functional project teams, manage risks, and ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires coordinating with change managers, documenting requirements, and driving project outcomes while upholding strong communication with sponsors

Qualifications

• Knowledge of information security concepts, risk management, audits or assessments.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, risk, compliance and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives within information security portfolio from initiation to closure.
• Coordinates cross-functional project teams and stakeholders across IT, legal, risk and business units.
• Manages project risks, issues and change requests.
• Ensures adherence to schedules and budgets and communicates status to leadership.
• Facilitates project meetings and documentation for audits and compliance.
