Amentum is seeking a qualified security investigations professional in Huntsville, AL to support federal background investigations and adjudication processes. The role requires active Top Secret clearance and experience in reviewing questionnaires, analyzing investigative reports, and preparing detailed findings for security decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Active Top Secret US Government Clearance; US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years or Associate’s with 9 years in personnel security/investigative field.
• Experience interpreting governmental and commercial database checks for investigations.
• Experience analyzing investigative reports to identify security vulnerabilities and leads.
• Proficient with MS Office; able to research using the Internet; knowledge of federal database systems.

Aufgaben

• Review SF-86 and SF-85P forms and verify information.
• Conduct background investigations and prepare detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare reports and summary sheets for assigned cases.
• Input data from MAC applications and retrieve data from credit bureaus.
• Conduct security briefings and assist in adjudication of cases.
