Job summary

Koorsen Fire and Security is seeking a Security Systems Installation Technician in the Columbus, OH area to join our team. You will install and configure security products including intrusion, CCTV, access control, intercom, and monitoring systems, ensuring customers understand operation.

The role requires 3+ years of installation experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
3+ years of experience in installation of security systems, access control, and CCTV.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to meet state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

The installation of security products and systems, including Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and Monitoring
Install security products and systems per drawings.
Ensure customers understand the functionality of their system.
Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.
