Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with at least five years in project management.
• 5 years of PM experience in security or new construction is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%+ depending on open projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-resolution skills are essential.
• Experience with project financial tracking and status reporting is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex security projects with medium to high priority.
• Define project scope, set up local project offices, support methodology.
• Identify risks, prioritize work, coordinate resources to keep projects on track.
• Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Present updates, status, and expected results to management and customers.
• Manage vendor relationships during installation when required.
