Job summary

AGS is seeking a Project Manager – Security Infrastructure to oversee budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling on site in California. The role may require security clearance and coordination with diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include directing construction teams, developing design documents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have 10+ years in engineering management and licensure, with aviation/transport experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and licensure in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and/or similar.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering management.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (written, oral).
• Be a team player and able to work successfully in a highly collaborative environment.
• LEED AP qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Develop Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documents
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
