Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a seasoned leader to manage a software engineering team for the DGX Cloud Kubernetes (DGXC-K8s) organization. You will guide engineers, align with internal teams, and drive cloud-based AI infrastructure leveraging Kubernetes and NVIDIA technologies.

Role includes cross-functional collaboration, roadmap presentations to leadership, and contributing to open-source projects. Strong experience in distributed systems and IAM is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related area
• 10+ years designing distributed software systems
• 4+ years leading a team of engineers
• Proficient in Go/Java/C/C++/Rust
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or distributed task scheduling
• Understanding of Linux kernel scheduling, memory management, networking
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, storage, and DevOps tooling
• Container orchestration experience (containerd, CRI-O, Docker)
• Familiarity with IAM approaches and cross-functional consensus building

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Develop and supervise a team of engineers guiding standard cloud-based methodologies
• Understand NVIDIA's development across autonomous vehicles, hardware design, AI
• Present roadmaps and demos to internal partners and leadership
• Participate in open-source communities related to our software
