Job summary

ADRM in the United States seeks a Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the health, performance, and continuous improvement of physical security systems across client environments. You will partner with client stakeholders, IT teams, and integrators to ensure the infrastructure operates at peak potential, bringing hands-on expertise with Access Control and Video Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise physical security systems (Access Control, VMS).
• Certifications in C-CURE, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own daily management, monitoring, and optimization of Access Control and VMS across client environments.
• Manage service tickets end-to-end with a focus on client satisfaction and quality.
• Provide clear, actionable reports on system health and performance trends for client leadership.
• Collaborate with client IT teams, end users, and integrators to drive successful implementations and upgrades.
