Job summary

ADRM is seeking a Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the health, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security systems for demanding client environments. You will partner with client stakeholders, IT teams, and integrators to ensure top-tier security infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities include daily management of Access Control and Video Management Systems, end-to-end ticket handling, and delivering actionable health reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing enterprise physical security systems (Access Control, VMS)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Certification(s) in leading access control/video management platforms a plus

Responsibilities

• Own daily management, monitoring, and optimization of Access Control and VMS across client environments
• Manage service tickets end-to-end with focus on client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver clear reports on system health and performance trends for client leadership
• Collaborate with ADRM teams and client IT to drive deployments and upgrades
• Identify risks and opportunities across client security platforms
• Represent ADRM in client meetings with professional communication
• Support project management during deployments and transitions
• Participate in client on-call rotation and travel to client sites as needed
