Job summary

P-11 Security, Inc. in Southern California seeks an Activity Security Representative to provide multi-disciplined security support for SCI/SAP activities. The role handles day-to-day tasks, from document control to visitor management, under a Top Secret clearance.

Qualified candidates have 3-5 years in security, a TS clearance, and willingness to polygraph. Travel within the AOR may be required, and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related security experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Current Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Familiar with security policy manuals and DCIDs/JAFANs.

Responsibilities

• Classify inbound/outbound correspondence and maintain log records.
• Assist in handling SCI and SAP related activities on site.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Destroy classified materials per policy.
• Maintain personnel security files and access control systems.
• Enter data into the Personnel Access Security System database.
• Escort visitors and manage associated logs.
• Prepare facility access badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Follow SOPs and provide day-to-day security support as directed.
