Job summary

P-11 Security, based in Southern California, seeks an Activity Security Representative to support a customer facility handling SCI and SAP activities. You will perform day-to-day security tasks, including classification reviews, data handling, and access control, across multiple programs and partners.

Required 3-5 years of related experience and a TS clearance with willingness to travel within the geographic AOR. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret Clearance required.
• Willingness to travel within the AOR.
• Experience with security policy and DCIDs/JAFANs.
• Ability to work with DoD personnel and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound/outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and correspondence.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain customer database contact listing.
• Assist with visit notices documentation.
• Escort facility visitors and maintain logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Maintain access control systems including visitor control.
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System.
• Maintain personnel security files.
• Follow customer SOPs.
• Support security awareness/education programs.
• Miscellaneous admin support.
