Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking an Activity Security Representative I to support Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs at a Washington-area facility. The role covers day-to-day security support, classification reviews, document control, and badge/visitor operations to protect sensitive information.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and willingness to submit to a polygraph.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years
• Bachelor's degree (Desired) counts as four years of experience, Associate's degree counts as two years

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain logs for administrative functions
• Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer files
• Maintain customer database contact listing
• Assist with research, filing, and maintenance of visit notices
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Prepare facility access control badges
• Conduct entry/exit inspections
• Maintain access control systems and visitor control
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System
• Maintain personnel security files
• Follow customer SOPs
• Support security awareness and education programs
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by site lead
