Nucleus Security is looking for an Implementation Engineer to enhance customer onboarding and implementation projects. This role involves deploying vulnerability management solutions and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, delivering technical tasks, and improving implementation processes within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with compliance understanding (NIST, ISO, custom policies).
• Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks within a team dynamic.
• Familiarity with enterprise customer tech integration exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate onboarding projects for new customers.
• Manage short-term engagements to develop integrations and resolve customer challenges.
• Strive to improve process efficiency and team performance.

Cybersecurity concepts (attack vectors, kill chain)

Customer/stakeholder engagement (technical project management, consulting)

Programming (Python, any OOP)

Creative problem-solving skills
