Job summary

Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway is seeking a security officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment on the gaming floor and surrounding areas. You will patrol facilities, assist guests, and coordinate security operations as part of Penn Entertainment’s team.

The role requires licensing eligibility by the Ohio Lottery Commission and the Ohio Casino Control Commission, and you must be able to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide security on assigned gaming or landing area: maintain high visibility and assist in medical situations.
• Patrol parking lots and provide security escorts for monetary transfers.
• Dispatch other officers and maintain activity log sheets.
• Write detailed incident reports and testify in court as needed.
