DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Security Hosts who will maintain order and ensure the safety and well-being of our guests while within the bar premises. Security Hosts enforce liquor, capacity, and bar entry laws; monitor the environment for security risks; and address and intervene in situations that present a danger. Candidates should be observant, dependable, and decisive.

What You Will Do

1. Create a positive first impression by greeting guests in a respectful and friendly manner
2. Control the flow of foot traffic into the venue to prevent overcrowding
3. Check patrons' identification to ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws
4. Enforce dress codes and standards of conduct by refusing admittance to patrons who don't comply with company standards and regulations
5. Patrol and monitor the venue to identify security threats, de-escalate conflicts, and remove unruly or disruptive patrons
6. Demonstrate good judgment when addressing issues and interacting with patrons to ensure a positive guest experience
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What You Need To Have

1. At least 1 year of experience in a security role within a fine dining establishment, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant
2. Ability to maintain composure under high stress and volume conditions
3. Respectful attitude towards team members and guests
4. Positive personality and friendly demeanor
5. Valid Basset Certification (non-expired)
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
7. Physical ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand or walk for extended periods
