About Cabra
Inspired by Stephanie Izard’s travels in Peru, Cabra offers a vibrant dining experience with outdoor areas, panoramic views, and a lively atmosphere in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.
Host Responsibilities
- Manage guest seating to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience
- Follow service steps, maintain reservation book, and communicate effectively with guests
- Keep the host stand organized and inviting
- Handle to-go orders and payments accurately
- Update guest notes in reservation software
- Adhere to sanitation practices and complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Knowledge of OpenTable
- Previous hosting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for entire shifts, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces
- Work in hot and cold environments
