Boka Restaurant Group, in partnership with Top Chef/Iron Chef winner Stephanie Izard, is seeking a Host for Cabra, located on the top floor of The Hoxton Chicago.

About Cabra

Inspired by Stephanie Izard’s travels in Peru, Cabra offers a vibrant dining experience with outdoor areas, panoramic views, and a lively atmosphere in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.

Host Responsibilities

• Manage guest seating to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience
• Follow service steps, maintain reservation book, and communicate effectively with guests
• Keep the host stand organized and inviting
• Handle to-go orders and payments accurately
• Update guest notes in reservation software
• Adhere to sanitation practices and complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Knowledge of OpenTable
• Previous hosting experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for entire shifts, navigating stairs and uneven surfaces
• Work in hot and cold environments
