Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Physical Security Hardware Specialist to assemble, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security system infrastructure. The role spans installation, service, and training of system users across multiple facilities and environments.

Required is a high school diploma and the ability to read schematics; preferred are 3+ years with power tools and experience in Lenel/Avigilon systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with power/tools and high-reliability environments preferred.
• Knowledge of Lenel and Avigilon systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain security technology solutions (access control, CCTV, and related platforms).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service hardware and instrumentation.
• Document job status and changes; support tickets and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop procedures and training.
• Work with system admins to manage access control and CCTV systems regionally.
