• Minimum 18 years of age

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions
• Must meet all preemployment requirements
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred; must be willing and able to obtain certification if not currently certified.
