Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Security Officer to ensure safety for Tribal Store guests and employees against fire, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. You will patrol the facility, escort money transfers, and assist guests with directions and information.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to take ownership and act decisively under pressure. Mescalero Apache tribal preference applies; bicultural experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid state driver's license or be able to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings and grounds to protect assets.
• Escort internal money transfers and ensure safe handling of valuables.
• Assist guests with directions and information in a prompt, professional manner.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents to supervision.
