Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Promote security culture and maintain safe standards storewide.
• Respond to incidents and document cases in the management system.
• Redeploy de-escalation tactics when responding to security incidents.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support theft apprehension as needed.
