Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management to patrol the property, control access, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents, tenants, and guests in the Annandale area.

The role requires a Virginia state-level security certification, a valid driver's license, and strong customer-service skills. Candidates should be flexible for after-hours work and weekends and demonstrate integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• State-certified security officer in Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-service related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property is damaged and report safety concerns.
• Perform routine foot patrols around building and plaza areas.
• Enforce plaza rules and issue notices as needed.
• Assist with events and manage plaza traffic and valet where assigned.
