Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Visitor Registration in Ontario, CA to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, docks, and perimeter.

As a Security Guard Visitor Registration in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy retail distribution location. You will help manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery drivers, and vendors at a retail distribution center by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate locations.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at gates, docks, and other designated entry areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, dock areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
