Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard in De Soto, KS. You will serve clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more, performing safety procedures and upholding site policies.

The role requires good computer skills and offers $25.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and safety procedures per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises.
