Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Los Angeles, CA. You will monitor and protect client sites, respond calmly to security concerns, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

You will conduct regular patrols of offices and production areas, verify credentials at access points, and complete incident reports and shift communications. A guard card and HS diploma are preferred; background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Computer Reporting in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic media and technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, production personnel, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, production areas, common areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
