Allied Universal in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Risk Prevention) to protect clients across logistics and distribution locations. You will provide courteous service, deter incidents, report observations, and work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel according to site requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, patrols, and unusual activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Pay Rate: $15.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:
